Seed Purchase Agreement
Effective: 14 July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Nandini Enterprise or placing an order, you agree to this Seed Purchase Agreement with TOUSHIF TAILOR. This document governs your use of our website, your account, and all purchases of sowing seeds listed in our catalogue.
2. Catalogue scope
Our storefront offers sowing seeds for personal and household gardening under HSN 1209 — tomato, leafy greens, roots, brassicas, herbs and kitchen-garden packets (~80 varieties). Each listing specifies the variety name, pack weight, price, and availability.
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the amount shown at checkout.
- Seasonal lots may be temporarily unavailable without advance notice.
- Pack weights indicate the net seed quantity supplied per order line.
- Product photographs show representative packets; label art and lot codes may vary. Germination depends on sowing conditions.
- Opened packets are generally non-returnable.
3. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate delivery details, contact information, and payment credentials. Email verification may be required before order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders with incomplete addresses, suspected fraud, or items that cannot be fulfilled due to stock or logistics constraints.
4. Storage and germination notice
Keep unopened sachets cool and dry, away from direct sun and humidity. Sow within the season printed on the label. Germination, growth and yield depend on media, moisture, temperature and care — Nandini Enterprise does not guarantee crop outcomes.
5. Intellectual property
All website content — including the Nandini Enterprise brand, product descriptions, photography, layout, and written copy — is owned by TOUSHIF TAILOR or used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial reuse is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not responsible for crop failure, poor germination, courier delays beyond our control, or force majeure events affecting supply chains.
7. Governing law
Disputes are subject to the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Contact our seed desk at fruits@nandinienterprise.com before initiating formal proceedings.
